2. Applicability
These Terms apply to all quotations, agreements, bookings and services provided by FAR unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Quotations & Bookings
3.1 All quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
3.2 A booking becomes binding only after written confirmation by FAR.
3.3 FAR reserves the right to refuse bookings without explanation.
3.4 Scope of Quotations All quotations issued by FAR are based on the scope of services described in the proposal. Any additional services, changes, extra hours, location changes, or client-requested modifications outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
3.5 Custom Proposals
Custom proposals are tailored specifically to the client’s request and may not be reused, copied, or shared with third parties without written permission from FAR.
3.6 Price Adjustments
If circumstances change after quotation approval — including participant numbers, location requirements, staffing needs, or scheduling changes — FAR reserves the right to adjust pricing accordingly.
Travel, accommodation, venue rental, catering and third-party supplier costs are excluded unless explicitly included in the quotation.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
4.1 All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellation Policy

6. Changes to Services
FAR reserves the right to make reasonable changes to schedules, coaches/trainers, locations, and activities if required due to operational necessity.
7. Liability
7.1 Participation in FAR activities is at the participant’s own risk.
7.2 FAR is not liable for injuries, accidents, losses or damages unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
7.3 FAR is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during events.
8. Health & Safety
Participants are responsible for informing FAR of any medical conditions, injuries or limitations prior to participation.
9. Force Majeure
FAR shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather conditions, illness, strikes, government restrictions, or venue cancellations.
10. Intellectual Property
All FAR concepts, branding, materials, programs and content remain intellectual property of FAR unless otherwise agreed.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive business information exchanged.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam.
